베타스코프는 방사능동위원소를 이용하여, 코팅 물질의 두께를 측정하는 장비입니다. 베타스코프의 특징은 일반 두께측정기로 측정이 어려운 수백 nm - 수십 ㎛의 얇은 막을 측정할 수 있는 것이 가장 큰 특징입니다.
베타스코프는 자동차, Glass, PCB, Semiconductor, Materials 개발 등에 많이 활용되고 있습니다.
